Part 2 - Women & Girls Self Defense Workshop

SELF DEFENSE WORKSHOP - PART 2

Sunday, December 1st - 2:00 to 4:00pm

Inviting all women and girls: 

This workshop is geared toward those who have previously attended a Satori Self Defense Workshop - Intro (Part 1). Participants will learn additional self defense techniques that fit in with the techniques they learned in the previous workshop, with more emphasis on ground self defense. For those interested in participating in both Part 1 & 2 Self Defense Workshops, there is a special rate to sign-up for both - shown below. 

The self defense techniques taught in this workshop are based on traditional self defense concepts of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ), taught by Women's BJJ Coach and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Brown Belt, Diana Trang.  Diana has over 12 year experience in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.  Over this time, Diana has taken part in the growth of BJJ in Canada as one of the first female pioneers of BJJ in Western Canada. In addition to being one of the first females, she has also competed and successfully won many international competitions. This is a Self Defense workshop for women, taught by a woman who’s (not only) demonstrated that it works, but who’s passions are very much rooted in the practice of self-empowerment. COST:

Early Bird Rate: $30.00/per person (before Nov 20)

Standard Rate: $40.00/per person (after Nov 20)

Both Workshops (Part 1 & Part 2): $60.00/person
