Kids (Ages 5-8) : Tuesdays & Thursdays 4:20-5:10pm
Youth (Ages 8+) : Tuesdays & Thursdays 5:20-6:20pm
A great way to get kids and youth involved in a practical martial art and physical activity that trains them both physically and mentally. In a fun and safe environment, children will learn Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Self Defense techniques.
