Join us to get your sweat on, mingle - but also, to celebrate the advancements and progress of women this International Women's Day.

This is a free event, however, donations are encouraged.  100% of Donations will supporting the YWCA.  YWCA's mission: Prevention, intervention, empowerment and leadership for the benefit of women and their families.  YWCA provides a continuum of services focused on moving women from a position of vulnerability to one of sustainable strength and opportunity.
