Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Intro Program
Join our 4-week Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) introductory program designed for beginners.. Participants can expect a welcoming environment with small class sizes to learn the fundamental techniques and concepts of BJJ - with a focus on leverage, technique, and strategy over brute strength.
