This camp will have many facets- all centered around Empowerment! The physical practices will involve Self Defense (Brazilian Jiu Jitsu), Yoga & Movement (Ginástica Natural). We also exercise the Mind: Mindfulness practices, Breathwork & learning about positive self-talk, boundaries & goal-setting.
