Our first breathwork workshop of 2023! Previously named "Learn to Meditate" workshop, we decided to change the naming to serve the many different reasons why people seek out learning the "breath".  After all, these techniques can cross-over into many different areas of life, and by many different kinds of people.

Learn techniques that can assist with cultivating a healthy self-care practice.  Learn how to adopt it into daily life as a meditation practice.  Utilize it to relieve stress. Practice it together with your families as a way to bond.  Utilize it to improve for sport, fitness, and/or martial arts performance.
