*** No-Charge Workshop for the "Breaking Free" Community. Donations welcome, but not necessary. The first 2-hour workshop of this Mindfulness Series will be offered on January 1st, 2018. Each month, the "Breaking Free" Community (those experiencing past or current trauma) will be given the opportunity to attend the workshop free-of-charge. * Donations are welcomed, but not necessary. Learn techniques that assist in cultivating a healthy and healing self-care practice. Meditation can allow us to live more presently, more joyfully, more contently; while simultaneously reducing our levels of stress and creating an environment for a more peaceful state of mind. Learn about the research and science behind meditation and how profound the effect can be for our health and well-being. No previous experience with mediation is necessary. Classes are taught by Certified Meditation & Yoga Teacher, Diana Trang of Satori Family Wellness. Diana is an active volunteer and Breaking Free Foundation community member.
