Cost: $30.00/person
Drop-in registration for one person to attend a Women's Only Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Class.
No previous experience required.
Please dress in clothing that is comfortable to exercise in (ie. sweat pants, spandex, dry-fit exercise wear). It is most ideal to wear an exercise top that covers the shoulders. Bring your own water bottle.
If deciding to continue in the class beyond this drop-in, you will be required to invest in a gi (uniform). It is not required for the first class.
