Part 2 - 12:00-2:00pm (Ground Techniques) * must have attended Part 1
Attend one seminar or both. Participants will learn valuable self defense techniques and discuss the value of adopting these on-going practices for life. Techniques are based on Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
