6 - Week Intro to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu + Yoga Class
Classes included: February 12, 26 March 4, 11, 18, 25 (* no class Family Day long weekend)
Mondays 5:00-6:00pm
Ages 3-5 year old
Cost: $150.00+gst
The only of it's kind in Calgary! This class is a great way to get your child involved in a physical activity that trains them both physically and mentally. In a fun and safe environment, children will learn fundamental Brazilian Jiu Jitsu/Self Defense while also learning Breathwork and Yoga postures.
