Ginastica Natural is a natural body weight modality that originate from Brazil.  Movements are inspired by Brazilian Jiu Jitsu while also incorporating elements of stretching - and breath.

No experience is requried.  Classes uploaded will consider all experience levels and will show modifications, should they be needed.

*You do not need to train Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in order to train in Ginastica Natural, but it will certainly be a compliment to BOTH if you chose to do both!
