4-Part Self Defense Course for Youth (Ages 8-13)
2 Course Sign-Ups:
May 2022: Wednesdays: May 4, 11, 18, 26 (Time: 4:30 to 5:30pm)
OR
June 2022: Wednesdays: June 1, 8, 15, 22 (Time: 4:30 to 5:30pm)

This is a collaboration between The Genesis Centre and Satori Wellness Studio.
No cost. No previous experience required.
Please wear comfortable clothing to move around in. Long pants and a top that covers shoulders is preferable.
Taught by Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Black Belt and Self Defense Coach, Diana Trang. Techniques taught are based on Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
